My usual fee is $175 per session. If you have out-of-network insurance benefits you should be eligible for reimbursement for my services. This benefit typically ranges from 50% to 90% after a deductible is met. Since policies differ, you need to check with your insurer to see if your particular policy includes out-of-network benefits and to see if pre-certification is required. If you are using your out-of-network benefits, I ask for payment at the time of service. I will give you a statement with all the information you need to obtain out-of-network reimbursement. I am not an in-network provider for any health insurance plans.

I am aware of the difficulties dealing with insurers and I will provide all reasonable assistance to help you receive benefits. I believe your therapy should be centered on you and not controlled by an insurance company or other third party.
